For more than 20 years we’ve been serving the Tampa Bay community — from our restaurant and kitchen to our long-standing spot at the St. Pete Pier Marketplace. What started as a passion for real island cooking has grown into a full line of small-batch Scotch Bonnet hot sauces made with the same care and quality we put into everything else we create.
Every bottle of Hot Tings is crafted with real Scotch Bonnet peppers and bold Caribbean flavors. We don’t chase pure heat for the sake of it. We chase balance — the kind of sauce that makes food taste better, not just hotter.
We’re still a hands-on, family-run operation. From recipe development to production and packaging, we stay close to every step so the flavor stays true.
