At Hot Tings, we take pride in crafting small-batch Scotch bonnet pepper sauces using real ingredients and bold Caribbean flavor. Because our products are food items, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.


Food & Perishable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used hot sauce bottles.

All sales are considered final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • Your order is incomplete

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at:

Include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Provide a store credit

Hot Tings is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or weather
