Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Hot Tings is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hot Tings is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hottingsofficial@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

Warm Weather Advisory

Because our sauces are made with real ingredients and contain no artificial stabilizers, exposure to excessive heat during transit may slightly affect consistency. This does not impact safety or flavor.
